日本茶的保存方法:建議儲存在陰涼的地方,避免儲存在潮濕,強光和強烈氣味的地方。


*薄茶:茶粉跟水的比例是1:1,茶色呈鮮綠,質感較厚茶單薄點。

*早綠(さみどり):這是手採碾茶中最常見的品種,栽培期間長,加工成抹茶的時候不但色澤漂亮、香味也迷人。

*燦燦(ごこう):這是京都府一種既能做玉露又能做碾茶的品種。如果不進行遮光處理,這種茶葉會帶有一股特別的紅薯味;但遮光處理後這種味道就消失了,還會帶著奶香。

*奧綠(おくみどり):這個品種的茶葉富含葉綠素,加工成抹茶後會呈現相當濃豔的綠色,只是它味道偏苦。

*藪北(やぶきた):這是專門為了能使用剪刀採收(機械採收)而培育的品種,也是現在日本全國栽種量最高的品種,由於樹葉本身偏黃,因此製造出來的抹茶顏色也較淡。

*一番茶:又可稱為新茶。新茶帶有一種清爽感,而且它的苦澀感更少,茶鮮更明顯。
