Turnip Cake ingredient: Local organic turnip, water, carrot, rice flour, vegetable oil, shiitake mushroom, corn starch, wheat starch,  sugar, cordyceps flower, sesame oil, salt, mushroom powder, white pepper powder, ginger & enoki mushroom.

Rice Cake ingredient: Brown sugar, water, glutinous rice flour, wheat starch, local organic ginger, vegetable oil, rice flour and salt

Produced in a factory where cereals containing gluten, soybean, crustacean, fish, milk, egg, peanuts, tree nuts and their products are also handled.
